By registering an account and using the CricOS mobile application or API services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. User Account Registration

To access live scoring and tournament organizer features, you must create a registered account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Promptly notify us at support if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to CricOS.

3. Scoring Integrity and Fair Play

CricOS is built to organize cricket matches and leagues. You agree to input accurate and authentic match details, player statistics, and run records. Intentional manipulation of scorecards, fake player registration, or deliberate spoiling of league points tables is strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate profile suspension.

4. Collaborative Scoring Lock System

The live-scoring system relies on a token-based match locking mechanism to prevent race conditions. Bypassing lock credentials or using automated script triggers to constantly capture control locks is a violation of service. Designated scorers must coordinate scoring roles and respect active scorer ownership statuses.

5. User Generated Content License

By uploading team logos, naming squads, generating schedules, and recording ball-by-ball matches on CricOS, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, replicate, distribute, and perform analytics on this content. This is essential for rendering live fixtures and historic records inside the CricOS community.

6. Service Disclaimer

CricOS is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that match score updates will be completely uninterrupted or free from lag. Network speeds at ground levels, API connection drops, database locks, or server downtime are out of our immediate control, and we bear no liability for lost scoring progress.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make updates, the revised terms will be published directly to this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of CricOS after such modifications constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
